DentoDez serves as a digital intermediary connecting dental designers with dentists, dental labs, students, and institutions requiring dental design services. The platform does not participate in or guarantee the outcome of any transaction or service rendered.
All users agree to provide accurate information and act in good faith.
DentoDez assumes no legal responsibility for the quality, safety, accuracy, or timeliness of any designs or outputs. The platform is not liable for failed print jobs, clinical complications, or any legal disputes arising from work exchanged.
For any designs intended for 3D printing (including but not limited to surgical guides, night guards, and model-only files), DentoDez bears no responsibility for errors in resin type, curing, or print output quality. This disclaimer is mandatory and non-negotiable.
DentoDez charges a 15% commission per completed case. An additional buffer may be added to account for payment processing fees and currency conversions. All payments are held in escrow and released 24 hours after job acceptance unless a valid dispute is filed.
Users must not exchange personal contact information or attempt to bypass the platform. All communication must remain on-platform. Designers can only access job files after being selected and payment is secured.
Dentists/labs have a one-time opportunity to request a modification within 2 hours of receiving a design. A formal claim must be submitted within 24 hours for review. After this period, payments are automatically released to the designer.
All designs and job data may be retained for analytical and business purposes. By using the platform, you consent to this storage without compensation. Data may be used anonymously in future training, sales, or platform research.
DentoDez supports multiple languages including English, Arabic, Spanish, Chinese, French, German, Russian, Hindi, and Italian. In case of translation conflict, English shall prevail.
This agreement is governed under international digital marketplace principles. Any dispute must be resolved through binding arbitration.
By registering and using the DentoDez platform, you fully accept all above terms and waive the right to hold DentoDez liable for any service failure or legal claim.
